Overview

What are branding services?

Branding services are the design work that decides how people recognise you: the logo, the colours and type around it, and every page, screen and sheet of paper they appear on. Most organisations buy those pieces one at a time, from whoever is free that month. A year later, nothing quite matches.

You can usually spot the gaps yourself:

  • the logo on the website is a different shape from the one on the van
  • every presentation in the office uses its own fonts
  • the company profile was put together in a word processor the night before a tender closed
  • the printer keeps asking for “a better file”

We close those gaps by designing every piece from the same set of rules. That way the fifth thing you order looks as considered as the first.

Who we work for

Branding services for every kind of organisation

Different organisations need different things first. This is where each one usually begins.

Branding services should fit the organisation, not the other way round.

  • Companies

    From start-up to group

An identity, a website and stationery, then a company profile once the business starts bidding for larger work.

  • Bidders

    Contractors and suppliers

A tender-ready company profile, a capability statement for US buyers and a deck for the shortlist meeting.

  • Community

    Charities, schools and churches

A clear identity, a website that takes sign-ups or donations, and print for events, newsletters and open days.

  • Events

    Events and venues

Posters, invitations and a website that sends people straight to the tickets, all in one look.

Hand-over

What do you receive at the end?

Every one of our branding services ends with files you own. This is what each line hands over.

One team

Why buy branding and design services from one team?

Because consistency costs less than correction. When one team holds the rules, nobody has to rebuild your logo from a screenshot or guess which red you meant. Each new piece starts from files that already work.

It keeps the paperwork simple, too. One fixed quote covers every line you choose, and you speak to the same people about the website as about the brochure. Branding services bought this way stay consistent, so nothing has to be redone later to match.

Where to start

In what order should you buy branding services?

Nobody has to buy everything at once. If you are spreading the work out, this order wastes the least.

  1. Identity first

Settle the logo, colours and type before anything else. Every later piece depends on them, so changing them afterwards means paying twice.

  2. Then the website

It is where most people look you up, and it shows quickly whether the identity works at every size, from a phone to a wide screen.

  3. Then the documents you sell with

Company profiles, brochures and presentation templates come next, once the website has settled how you describe yourself.

  4. Print when you need it

Cards, signs, packaging and event print follow whenever there is a reason to order them, each one built from the same files.

Presentations

Presentation design

Pitch decks, board papers and conference talks, plus templates your team will actually open. Like the rest of our branding services, each template follows your brand rules, and it is built in the app you present from.

Questions

Questions about our branding services

Question not here? Send it to us and we will answer it directly.

Ask a question

How do I order one of your branding services?

Send a few lines through the project form or email hello@redfoxbranding.com, naming the service you have in mind. If you are unsure which one fits, describe the problem instead and we will suggest where to start. A written, fixed quote follows, and nothing is ordered until you accept it.

Can I buy a single service on its own?

Yes. Plenty of clients start with one thing, such as a logo or a company profile, and come back once it has proved itself. Because the design rules are already set by then, the next piece starts from them rather than from scratch. The packages are there for anyone who wants several services at once, but they are optional.

What is the difference between a logo and a brand identity?

A logo is one mark. A brand identity is the system around it: the colours, typefaces, spacing and rules that make a leaflet recognisably yours even when the logo is small or missing. Start-ups often begin with a logo alone, while organisations planning a website, print and signage get more from a full identity.

Do you design T-shirts, uniforms and other merchandise?

Yes. The artwork is designed and prepared for the method your supplier uses, such as screen printing or embroidery. Tell us the garment colours early, because a logo that works on white usually needs a reversed version for dark fabric. As with print, you choose who makes the garments.

Can you write a company profile as well as design it?

Yes, profile writing is a service of its own. We work from what you already have, such as past proposals, project lists and certificates, and turn it into copy that answers what a buyer wants to know. You check every fact before it is laid out, because a profile that overstates anything does more harm than good.

Can you fix a website that someone else built?

Usually, yes. Website repair deals with pages that look wrong, show errors, load slowly or have features that no longer work. We look at the site first and tell you plainly whether a repair makes sense or whether the money would be better spent on a rebuild. Either way, you get a fixed price before any work starts.

Do your branding services include printing?

No. We design the artwork and hand over print-ready files, and the choice of printer is yours. That leaves you free to compare prices, use a local firm or reorder from anywhere. The files include bleed and colour set up for the paper you choose, so a good printer can run them without coming back to you.

Can you work to brand guidelines we already have?

Yes. Send the guidelines and the original logo files, and we design within them. If the guidelines leave gaps, which is common with older ones written before the website existed, we point them out and suggest how to fill them without changing anything people already recognise.

Can different services start at different times?

Yes, and plenty of organisations prefer it that way: the identity now, the website later in the year and the print when the budget allows. Each stage is quoted when you are ready for it. The design rules carry over from one stage to the next, so later work still matches what came before.

Which branding services suit a new business?

A new business usually needs a logo, business cards, a letterhead and an email signature first, because those are what customers see in the first week of trading. A website follows when you are ready to be found online. The Brand starter package on the pricing page groups the first four together with a social media profile kit.

Not sure which service you need?

Look through the work to see the five lines in use, or simply describe the problem. A rebrand, a tender deadline and a slow website each start in a different place. We will tell you which piece to do first, and why.
