Not every team needs a full template. If you have a single pitch, launch or board presentation coming up, we design that deck on its own, in your brand. If more decks follow later, its slides can become the starting point for a template.
PowerPoint presentation design
A template your team actually uses.
Our PowerPoint presentation design starts with the slide master, so every layout, colour and font is built in. Your team picks a layout and types.

Inside the template
What a PowerPoint template includes
- Slide master and layoutsTitle, section, agenda, content, two-column, chart, image, quote and closing layouts, each with proper placeholders.
- Theme coloursYour palette set in PowerPoint’s twelve theme colour slots, so charts, tables and SmartArt pick it up automatically.
- Theme fontsHeading and body fonts set in the theme, with a safe fallback if your brand font can’t be embedded.
- Charts and tablesStyled examples that staff copy and fill with their own figures.
- Icons and picture placeholdersA small icon set in your style, and placeholders that crop photos to shape.
- A .potx fileSaved as a template, so opening it starts a fresh deck instead of overwriting the original.
Fonts
Why do fonts break when a deck is shared?
PowerPoint can only show a font that is installed or embedded. Send a deck set in a brand font to someone without it, and their copy swaps in a default and the text reflows. We handle that in one of three ways: embed the font where its licence allows, pair it with a matching system font in the theme, or keep the brand font for headings only.
We test the template on Windows and Mac before handover, because the two versions of PowerPoint still behave differently.

Questions
Questions about PowerPoint presentation design
Question not here? Send it to us and we will answer it directly.
Ask a questionCan you fix our existing PowerPoint template?
Usually, yes. Templates often break because slides were designed on top of the master instead of inside it, so every new slide needs manual fixing. We rebuild the master and layouts properly, keep the look your team is used to, and can move your current decks onto the new version.
How do we share the template with the whole company?
Send the .potx file round, or ask your IT team to publish it centrally so it appears as a company template when people start a new presentation in Microsoft 365. Either way, staff begin from the template rather than copying an old deck, which is where most brand drift begins.
Which parts of a PowerPoint template cost the most?
Custom charts and diagrams take the most time, followed by the layout count and any existing decks we convert into the new template. A tight set of well-built layouts usually serves a team better than dozens nobody uses. Your quote lists every layout, so you know exactly what you are getting.
Do you design animated presentations?
Yes, within reason. We use transitions such as Morph to move smoothly between slides and to build complex diagrams step by step. Animation should earn its place, because a presenter clicking through effects loses the room, and we make sure every slide still makes sense as a static PDF.
