Look through the work or the cost guide first. Both show what a project with us involves, and the cost guide explains what moves the price up or down. Come back to the form whenever you feel ready to talk about your own project.
Website design quote
Start a project
Use the form to ask for a website design quote, or a price for other design work. We reply with a fixed price in your currency.
Request a website design quote
You only need a few lines. Pick the service from the list, or choose “Not sure yet, or several things” if the project covers more than one. Only your name, your email and a short message are required.
What happens next
What happens after you send the form?
Here is exactly what happens to your enquiry, from the moment you press send.
Your enquiry reaches us
The form is emailed to our inbox and saved on the site, and a confirmation page tells you it arrived.
We read it and check the details
If the brief leaves gaps, such as the number of pages or a deadline, we email you a short list of questions rather than guessing.
You receive a fixed quote
A written quote follows, listing each piece of work with its price and the time it takes, in your currency.
You decide
Take as long as you need. If you go ahead, we agree a start date and begin. If not, that is the end of it.
Before you write
What goes into an accurate website design quote?
The more of this you can tell us, the fewer questions we need to ask. Rough answers are fine, and the same goes for every other service.
| If you need | Tell us |
|---|---|
| A website | What it is for, roughly how many pages, whether it sells online and the address of any current site |
| A logo or identity | The name, what the organisation does, who it serves and what it uses now |
| A company profile | The page count you expect, whether we write it and any tender closing date |
| The items, sizes and finishes, and the printer if you already have one | |
| A presentation | The app your team uses, the occasion and the date you present |
| Several of these | Which comes first, and the date that matters most |
Your details
What we do with your details
We use what you send only to reply and to quote. Each enquiry is emailed to us and stored on this site, and it is never sold or added to a mailing list. The privacy policy explains the rest, including how to have your details deleted.
Prefer email? Write to hello@redfoxbranding.com with the same details and it reaches the same people.
Questions
Questions before you send
Question not here? Send it to us and we will answer it directly.
Ask a questionCan I send files with my enquiry?
Not through the form, but you can email them to hello@redfoxbranding.com once you have sent it. Mention your name in the email so we can match the two. Large files, such as print artwork or a folder of photographs, are easiest to share as a download link.
Do I need a detailed brief before asking for a website design quote?
No. A short description is enough for a first reply, and we ask for anything else we need. If you do have a brief, a list of pages or a site you admire, send it, because it makes the website design quote more precise. If nothing is written down yet, that is a perfectly good place to start.
What if we are not ready to start yet?
Send the form anyway and choose “Just planning for now” under When. A quote is useful for setting a budget even if the project is months away. Tell us roughly when you expect to begin, and we will bear it in mind when we plan the work.
Not ready to write yet?
Your website design quote, in writing
Whatever the project, the first step is the same: a short message about what you need. We read it, check the details with you and come back with a firm figure in pounds, dollars or rand. Use the form above or email hello@redfoxbranding.com to request your website design quote.
